REPLACING THE O-RING BETWEEN END CAP AND AIR CHAMBER
Only shock with standard mount:
1. Remove the O-ring from the end cap.
2. Grease the new O-ring and install it on the end
cap.
Only shock with trunnion mount:
1. Remove the O-ring from the air chamber.
2. Grease the new O-ring and install it on the air
chamber.
GREASE THE INNER SURFACE OF THE AIR CHAMBER
1. Lightly grease the inside surface of the air
chamber, the guide band and the seat of the
O-ring.
The wiper must be greased generously.
