Heating up the DHW cylinder once

You can also heat up the DHW cylinder once outside the set times, without
changing the switching times.
Press the following keys:
1. D for "Reload DHW cylinder".
2. A for "DHW cylinder 1"
or
B for "DHW cylinder 2".
