4.5 CONNECTING STH STACKABLE HUBS

This section describes how to connect the Cabletron Systems STH
HubSTACK series of active, non-intelligent, stackable hubs to the
MicroMMAC-T. You can connect up to four STH hubs to the
MicroMMAC-T, as shown in

You must use Cabletron Systems HubSTACK Interconnect
NOTE
cables (order number 9380141) to connect the STH hubs to the
MicroMMAC-T STACK ports.
To connect an STH hub to the MicroMMAC-T:
Attach either end of the Interconnect cable securely to a STACK port

on the MicroMMAC-T.
It is recommended (but not required) that you connect the STH
NOTE
hubs to the MicroMMAC-T in logical order, the first STH, the
one directly on top of the MicroMMAC-T, to the STACK 2 port,
the next STH in the stack to STACK 3, and so on for additional
STH hubs.
