What to do if...

Problem
The oven does not heat up.

or they cook too quickly.
Steam and condensation settle on

Possible cause
The oven is deactivated.
The clock is not set.
The necessary settings are not set.
The automatic switch-off is activa-
ted.
The Child Lock is on.
The fuse is blown.
The lamp is defective.
The display is deactivated.
The temperature is too low or too
high.
You left the dish in the oven for too
long.
The cleaning function does not op-
erate. You did not fully close the
door, or the door lock is defective.
Remedy
Activate the oven.
Set the clock.
Make sure that the settings are cor-
rect.
Refer to "Automatic switch-off".
Refer to "Using the Child Lock".
Make sure that the fuse is the cause
of the malfunction. If the fuse is
blown again and again, contact a
qualified electrician.
Replace the lamp.
Touch
and
at the same
time to activate the display again.
Adjust the temperature if necessa-
ry. Follow the advice in the user
manual.
Do not leave the dishes in the oven
for longer than 15 - 20 minutes af-
ter the cooking process ends.
Fully close the door.
