Connections on the flue gas side
Note
We recommend you install a flexible connection piece in the flue pipe. This avoids the transmission of sound
caused by the flue gas fan.
Never brick the flue pipe into the chimney.
Note
We recommend installing a draught limiter in the chim-
ney wall.

3. Thermally insulate the flue pipe with fireproof insu-
lation, minimum thickness 30 mm.
Note
If condensate is likely to form inside the chimney, we
recommend you push the flue several centimetres into
200 mm

the chimney, ensuring the required minimum cross-
250 mm

section of the chimney is maintained.
