NOTES
1)
1. For every VBAT transition/re-insertion from 0V, the minimum power supply voltage should be more
than 2.7V. Meanwhile, in order to guarantee stability and RF performance, the minimum power supply
voltage should be more than 2.8V. After the module starts up normally, the minimum safety voltage is
2.6V.

2. means the operation is performed with AT+CFUN=0 and AT+QSCLK=1 (DTR pin at high level).

3. Within operation temperature range, the module is 3GPP compliant.

4. Within extended temperature range, the module remains the ability to establish and maintain a
