3 .7 Emptying the catch basket

NOTE!
Please consult the appropriate recycling servi-
ces in your area to learn how to properly dis-
pose of the shredded material!

If the catch basket is full, the motor switches off. The
pilot lamp (Fig. 5/4) lights up.
NOTE!
To complete the shredding process when the
motor is switched off, press and hold the for-
ward button (Fig. 5/2).
This process can only be activated once.
Proceed as follows to empty the catch basket (Fig. 8/2):
1 . Open the door (Fig. 8/1).
¾ The pilot lamp (Fig. 5/6) lights up.
2 . Remove the catch basket with the full bag.
¾ The pilot lamp (Fig. 5/4) goes out.
3 . Pull the bag out to its full length, tie it up and seal
it with adhesive tape or cable ties.
4 . Remove the bag and dispose of it with the con-
tents.
5 . Insert an empty bag in the basket.
6 . Insert the basket back into the machine and push
it to the rear wall.
7 . Close the door.
¾ The pilot lamp goes out.
¾ The machine is ready for operation.
NOTE!
The machine only runs if the door and the
safety glass are closed!

3 .8 Customization of automatic
oiler output
The automatic oiler output can be adapted to your re-
quirements:
a) Ample Mode: 25% more oil is transported to
the cutting mechanism than in normal mode.
b) Normal Mode - default setting
c) Scarce Mode: 25% less oil is transported to the
cutting mechanism than in normal mode.

Customization of automatic oiler output

For customizing the automatic oiler output proceed as
follows:
1 . The machine must be switched off.
2 . Open the door.
3 . Press and hold the forward button (Fig. 9/1) and
the reverse button (Fig. 9/3) simultaneously.
4 . Additionally press and let go of the function but-
ton (Fig. 9/2).
¾ All LED indicators on the display light up.
5 . Let go of the forward button and the reverse but-
ton.
¾ Now you are in the memory mode.
6 . Press the forward button twice (Fig. 9/1).
¾ Now you are in the customization mode for au-
tomatic oiler output.
¾ The LED indicator on the left side flashes show-
ing the current settings.
7 . Press the function button (Fig. 9/2) so often until
the needed oiler output mode comes on.
¾ Each time you press the function button the
output mode changes (Ample, Scarce, Normal)
8 . Press the reverse button (Fig. 9/3).
¾ Now you are again in the memory mode.
9 . Press the function button.
¾ The selected settings are saved.
¾ The machine switches off.
10 . Close the door.
If you want to continue shredding turn the machine
on: press the function button (Fig. 9/2) briefly.
