AS/OS Configuration for the PDM Maintenance Station

To enable the runtime function of the PDM MS, the following steps must be
performed.
1. Right-click the project in the Plant hierarchy and select "Insert new object >
Hierarchy folder" from the context menu.
2. Select the menu command Tools > Plant Hierarchy > Settings.
3. Check the box for the function "Derive picture hierarchy from the plant
hierarchy" and select "Maintenance Station PDM (no AS diagnostics)".

4. After clicking "OK", the basic folders for the Diagnostics hierarchy are created.
