Appendix 11
A character string read with a code reader can be output by setting a range.
The output range can be set either on a code reader or programmable controller side.
This section shows a procedure to specify a range using a string of 10 characters (1234567890).

On a code reader side

When specifying an output range on a code reader side, use SetupTool.
Setting an output range of a character string
Select the [Format Data] of [Application Steps] and select the checkbox of "Standard" for a code to be set. Click "Standard"
to move to the link.
