correctly positioned or locked
on the motor unit.
The blade unit (D1) is not
correctly attached to the
jug (D4).

Volume of ingredients is

Solutions
Connect the appliance to
a socket with the same
voltage.
Check that the jug or
accessories are correctly
positioned and locked on the
motor unit as shown in the
instructions. You must hear
a double "click".
Unlock the blade unit (D1)
and bolt it to the jug (D4)
(fig. 1a, 1b, 1c) once again.
In this case, unplug the
product, put the button back
to 0 position and let it cool
down for a minimum of 30
minutes.
Place the product on a flat
surface.
Reduce the quantity of
ingredients processed.
