Unknown Device Troubleshooting
After installing the drivers on Windows 10, you may see five unknown devices in the
device manager. Follow the steps below to resolve each issue:
Multimedia Audio Controller
Go into the device BIOS Settings. Navigate the menus as follows:
Chipset -> South Bridge -> HD-Audio Configuration
Find HD-Audio DSP and change the setting to "disable. "
