Switching on the HD2 handheld device
Press and hold the "Measure" key
The HD2 attempts to communicate with the connected probe during the power-up process. This takes
around 4 seconds. If no probe is connected or if the probe cannot be found for some other reason, an
error message appears on the screen.
If the HD2 managed to successfully find the probe, the measurement background appears on the
screen depending on the specific operating mode and the HD2 is ready for operation.
Note:
If it is not possible to connect to the probe even after several attempts, check whether
the probe is connected correctly. If this does not rectify the problem, please contact our
Service Department.
Switching off the HD2 handheld device
To switch off the HD2 handheld device, press and hold the "Measure" key
1 second.
Note:
It is not possible to switch off the HD2 when it is in "Settings". Please exit "Settings" first
of all by pressing the "Settings" key
