Viewing component states

Introduction
View the state of a component to determine the general condition of the
component, including whether the component is disabled or off duty. The
state of a component is shown in the Maintenance section of the
Maintenance page.
Component states
You can determine the state of a component by looking at the State box in
the Maintenance section.
State
Active
Disabled
Idle
InTest
Loading
No resources
201i Server Maintenance and Diagnostics
Using CallPilot Manager to monitor hardware
Description
The component is working and currently involved in
processing a call.
The diagnostic failed.
The component is working but not currently involved
in processing a call.
A diagnostic is running on the resource or device.
The component has been started, which takes it out
of the Off Duty state.
This state occurs quickly and is immediately
followed by Idle.
The hardware required for the component to operate
is not installed or is not operating properly.
