In sewing standby mode, press the
the key to switch to design switch setting mode.
While referring to "4-9-1. Switching the display item", select the step
of the design stitch which you would like to change, and then switch
to direction setting mode.
・ When the C key is pressed, the feed direction for the selected
step will be set to forward (fw: forward direction).
・ When the D key is pressed, the feed direction for the selected
step will be set to reverse (bw: reverse direction).
* The reverse direction setting is only enabled when the sewing
pattern is normal sewing or fixed stitch sewing. (If reverse fixed
stitch sewing, continuous backtack sewing or pleat presser sewing
is selected, the setting will be disabled and all feed operations will
be forward only.)
Setting mode will be exited and normal operation will be possible.
