7.1.3 Clean coffee system
This procedure cleans the brewer and the outlet tubes.
This event is determined by the number of coffee based beverages.
Necessities:
• brewer cleaner (recommended: 2 gram of Cafiza
• container (500 ml)
• a full water tank
• time: ± 15 minutes

The brewer must be cleaned periodically:
• press start to confirm or
• press < or > to scroll through the maintenance menu
Step 1 preparation:
• make sure that all necessities are present
• press > to go to the next step
Step 2 preparation:
• follow the instructions on the screen
► Some water flows into the waste bin, therefore it is
necessary to empty it.
► When emptying the drip tray, place your finger under the
overflow to prevent spillage.
► When the drip tray and waste bin are back in place, the
next screen will appear.
