Press and hold the menu button ≡ to open a program menu.
• press < or > to scroll through the 'program menus' or
• press start to confirm or
• press ≡ to cancel
► When the program menu is selected but no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the Sprso
returns to the 'beverage selection screen'.
