7.1.1 Flush coffee system
The flush coffee system is used to flush the brewer.
Hot water is pumped through the brewer and the coffee outlet to rinse it.
The brewer needs to be rinsed frequently.

► The coffee flushing function is also activated automatically 10 minutes after dosing a coffee
beverage.

The coffee outlet must be flushed:
• press start to confirm
• press < or > to scroll through the maintenance menu
Flushing:
• wait until the process is finished
► Hot water (±30 ml) flushes from the outlet into the drip
tray.
► During flushing, the reminder 'clean milk system daily'
is only visible if a milk unit is connected.
► The Sprso automatically returns to the 'beverage
selection screen'.
The screen blinks orange and
