Residual heat
If a programme with the Duration or End
Time selection is activated and the
cooking time is longer than 30 min, the
heating elements automatically turn off
earlier in some oven functions.
The fan and lamp continue to operate.
When you turn off the oven, the display
shows the residual heat. You can use
that heat to keep the food warm.
When the cooking duration is longer than
30 min, reduce the oven temperature to
minimum 3 - 10 min before the end of
cooking. The residual heat inside the
oven will continue to cook.
Use the residual heat to warm up other
dishes.
