Hint!
For compressors running at 1500 min
Omni™ the standard of 12000 hrs becomes 10000 running hours. (B-
maintenance)
Replace/clean oil discharge filter, clean oil suction filter
Visual inspection of cylinders and crankcase

Visual inspection of cylinder no. 1

Crankcase inspection on dirt and/or metal particles in case of no oil
sampling for analysis
Check compressor running conditions
Check/test safety equipment
Maintenance A activities
Replace suction and discharge valve rings and springs ("top end" overhaul)
Inspection of pistons and cylinder liners (Most activated cylinders)
Maintenance B activities
Major inspection:
General; Complete disassembly required as far as necessary to inspect or
replace parts as prescribed by the maintenance table. Replacement of
bearings, inspection/replacement of all main components like crankshaft,
cylinder liners, pistons and valves as prescribed and necessary based on
condition as a result of wear or values out of specs measured. For decisions
on replacement it has to be assured that parts will sustain for another
overhaul period.
