5.2.1 Set Carriage Height
Carriage height refers to the distance between the print head plate and the print table. The printer can print on a wide
variety of media with different thicknesses. The minimum value is 1.8 mm and maximum is 40 mm.
• To change the carriage height, enter a value in the Height spin box and
click OK. The carriage height can be adjusted during printing.
NOTE: The height affects the Left – Right Calibration. In order to keep
the correct L/R calibration, carry out the Automatic L/R.
5.2.2 Set Wrinkle Detector
When activated, the wrinkle detector alerts when a wrinkle appears on
the media during printing.
1. To activate this feature, go to Preferences dialog box, and check the
Wrinkle Detect Less Than check box.
2. Define the minimum wrinkle height to be alerted.
3. Click OK and start printing. When a wrinkle is detected, the printer pauses
and an error message appears.
4. Click Yes to send the carriage to home position and address the wrinkle.
Click No to ignore and continue printing.
