4-5. Checking the Initial Settings

The resolution of the LY51 display unit changes according to
the input scale unit. The resolution is set automatically for
some scale units including Magnescales, Digirulers and GA
but must be set for use with other scale units. Be sure to set
the correct resolution. Otherwise, the correct value cannot
be displayed.
Note that once the initial settings are made, they will remain
stored even when you turn off the power. You need not
perform the settings again unless you want to modify them.
Note 1: You cannot select a display resolution value higher
than the resolution set for the input signal.
Note 2: If you change the input signal resolution, be sure to
set the display resolution once more. Otherwise, the
display resolution setting may change.
Note 3: When you have re-entered the initial settings, be sure
to re-enter the comparator setting values and other
values as well. Otherwise, faulty operations may
occur.
