ASSEMBLE MOUNTING PLATE ONTO POLE
i. Attach item 7 to item 14 using items 9 & 10.
Note: Ensure grub screws (item 11) are
positioned on the back of the collar (item 7).

iii. Position the height of item 14 on item 3
and tighten item 11 on item 7.

ii. Slide item 7 onto item 3.
Note: To avoid marking the pole ensure item 11
is fully loosened on item 7 before assembly.

iv. Once secured, attach item 8 to item 7
and item 4 to the top of item 3.
