9-8. Comp. operation Noise

Front cover or door gasket
Sound from Comp itself
Change the compressor.
Remarks
● Compressor sound is somewhat normal because it works like a heart to circulate the refrigerant in
the pipes during the refrigerator operation.
● Rattling or metallic touch sound of motor, piston of comp. can be heard when it starts or stops.
To avoid risk of electrical shock that can cause death or severe personal injury,

Level the refrigerator by
adjusting wheels.
☞ Refer to User's Guide
and SVC Manual.
Set it right.
Change the Rubber absorber.
Attach a restrainer on the comp.
head to reduce vibration and
high frequency noise.
