Troubleshooting of Evaporator Sound
1. Hiss Sound from Capillary Tube
2. Shaking or trembling Sound of Evaporator
1) Check whether evaporator is fastened tight with the screws of 5 points.
To avoid risk of electrical shock that can cause death or severe personal injury,

disconnect unit from power before servicing unless tests require power.

1) "I" tube is used to connect the
capillary tube and evaporator.
(2 welding points : ①, ②)
2) When such a sound is made,
attach a absorber on the tube
including 2 welding points.
