Button Functions

MODE
1. Press the button to scan through the values in the display (SCAN, TIME, RPM, CALORIE or SCAN, COUNT, PULSE).
Please note that this model has no pulse feature.
2. Press the button and hold for 2 seconds to set TARGET RPM. Once set, please wait for another 3 seconds until the
display switches back to the main window.
3. Press the button and hold for 5 seconds to reset all values to zero.
RESET
Press the button to reset the value.
Press the button and hold for 2 seconds to reset all values to zero (except odometer).
After the monitor is switched on, the LCD will display all values such as TIME, RPM, DISTANCE or SCAN, COUNT,
DISTANCE, alternating every 6 seconds.
CNT / Count
Accumulates total working count from 0 up to 9999, then back to 0.
RPM
Shows the actual RPM (Repetition Per Minute or Stroke per Minute).
TARGET RPM
Press MODE for 2 seconds to set the TARGET RPM. Each time the MODE key is pressed, it will increase by 5 RPMs.
The maximum range is 5 – 120; the preset value is 20.
There are 12 segments each, representing 10 RPM's. Squares for TARGET and arrows for actual RPM.
