Saving and Recalling a Print Profile

Profiles are useful when frequently using the same print settings.
1. After completing the previous job
shop, "Booklet Printing," go back into
the Print Properties (click Print >
{Select the same printer you used in
the previous job shop} > click
Properties). Your print settings should
still be for making a booklet. If the
settings are not for making a booklet,
go back and redo the "Booklet Printing"
job shop.
2. To save the print settings, click
Save Profile.
3. Name your Profile "{Your Name}
Large Booklet."
4. Click OK.
5. Click OK, again to close Print
Properties.
6. Do not print the file.
7. Now recall your Print Profile by
going back into the Print Properties
(click Print > {Select the same printer
you used in the previous job shop} >
click Properties). Your print settings
should still be set for making a booklet.
