To prevent rapid switching back and forth when values are close to the switch point
"SP1"/"SP2" or switchback point "rP1"/"rP2", a delay in the range of 0.3 to 60 seconds, to one
decimal place, can be set for individual points.
If the measured value leaves the switching range during the delay time, the delay time
starts again from scratch.
