Alignment jig

1 Identification

The alignment (bending angle) of the changeable torch necks outside of the welding cell can be checked
using the alignment jig. It is also possible to realign the torch neck slightly using the same level of clamping,
for example after a collision. These operating instructions describe how to use the alignment jig.
The handling and description of this device are the same for all torches with the exception of the torch neck
fastening. The Alignment jig must only be operated using original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.
