    The 2000 advanced/2000 cooling unit is used for the cooling of liquid-cooled welding torches in the industry and raw material processing industry. It can only be used with original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts. These operating instructions only describe the 2000 advanced/2000 cooling unit.

    Safety 2000 advanced/2000 2.4 Classification of the warnings The warnings used in the operating instructions are divided into four different levels and are shown prior to potentially dangerous work steps. They are arranged in descending order of importance as follows: DANGER It indicates an imminent threatening danger.

    5 Functional description The advanced/2000 cooling unit conveys and detects the cooling medium. All required components and connections have been installed in the housing. A temperature and flow monitor is integrated into the cooling unit by default. The cooling unit comes with a coolant filter, which must be installed on the cooling unit before use.     3 Open the cap (3) on the coolant filling pipe (2). 4 Fill the cooling unit with ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant up to the maximum level mark on the cooling tank, and do not close the cap (It is more convenient to use a funnel when adding coolant).

    2000 advanced/2000 7 Operation NOTICE • Repeat this procedure until the coolant drains out continuously and without air entrapment. • Check the minimum filling level on the cooling unit. • Check the tightness of the connectors and nozzles to prevent coolant leakage! 5 Reconnect the coolant return hose.

    2000 advanced/2000 11 Disassembly 10.1 Forced venting of the circulation loop This cooling unit adopts a one-way circulation mode of the circulating pipeline. If the cooling unit is idle for a long time (one year), the coolant in the circulating pipeline may evaporate naturally or the coolant may be discharged from the water pump due to product maintenance, resulting in abnormal operation.
