To Create a Namespace for a Region (for App. Direct Mode Only)
This section provides the instructions on how to create a namespace for a PMem region. To
create a namespace, please follow the steps below.

Follow the instructions given in Section 3.1 to enter the BIOS utility to access the
Namespace submenu as shown below.

Select Create namespace and press <Enter> to enter the Create namespace submenu.
•
Select Name and press <Enter> to invoke the Name field as shown below.
•
Type a name in the Name field and press <Enter> as shown below.
