Installing the Wheel Guards

1. Insert wheel guard bolts through frame tube. Match holes
in wheel guards to bolts. Tighten securely with hex key
(Figure 7).
2. Repeat for wheel guard on other side of trailer.

Installing the Tow Bar

1. Slide the tow bar into the tow bar receivers until hole A is aligned with hole B (Figure 8). The red
safety collar must be flush with the front of the tow bar receiver, which indicates that the tow bar
has been fully inserted.
2. Insert the retaining pin from the top through the aligned holes (Figure 9).
3. Make sure the retaining pin has locked properly as shown (Figure 10).
4. Clip the safety strap to the D-ring on the trailer frame (Figure 11).

Removing the Tow Bar

1. Remove the retaining pin, and unclip the safety strap
2. Press the tab on the wheel guard to depress the detent, and remove the tow bar.
