Questo prodotto è una macchina da caffè a cialde ad utilizzo prevalentemente domestico. La macchina è adatta a tutte le cialde diametro 44 (cosiddetto standard ESE).
  • Page 5 INDICAZIONI GENERALI DI SICUREZZA Di seguito sono riassunte alcune indicazioni generali di sicurezza: • Leggere attentamente le istruzioni d’uso prima di procedere alla messa in funzione della macchina; • Non effettuare mai alcuna operazione con le mani umide o bagnate; • Non coprire mai la macchina, neppure parzialmente, con strofinacci o con teli di protezione; • Non mettere le mani in prossimità del beccuccio erogazione caffè (rif. B) durante il funzionamento; • Non immergere la macchina in acqua per la pulizia; •...
  • Page 6 INSTALLAZIONE Estrarre la macchina dall’imballo e collocarla su un piano stabile, adatto a sostenerne il peso, in prossimità di una presa di corrente idonea. Conservare l’imballo in tutte le sue parti per eventuali futuri trasporti. RIEMPIMENTO DEL SERBATOIO Togliere il coperchio di acciaio per accedere al serbatoio acqua (rif. G). RACCOMANDIAMO L’UTILIZZO DI UN FILTRO ADDOLCITORE O DI UN SACCHETTO ANTICALCARE che deve essere periodicamente sostituito. Se ciò non viene fatto, all’interno della macchina si possono formare incrostazioni calcaree tali da pregiudicarne il buon funzionamento, oltre che la validità della garanzia. Dopo aver quindi introdotto il filtro addolcitore all’interno del serbatoio, riempire quest’ultimo con acqua potabile, possibilmente a basso contenuto di calcio.
  • Page 7 COME FARE IL CAFFÈ Alzare la leva della macchina (rif. F) verso l’alto come indicato in fig.1 e inserire la cialda come indicato in fig. 2. PER LA PRIMA EROGAZIONE: inserire una cialda nell’apposita sede (rif. H) e abbassare delicatamente la leva fino a scatto fine corsa. Porre un bicchierino sotto al beccuccio e premere l’interruttore di erogazione (rif. D); dopo circa 5 secondi inizierà l’erogazione del caffè. Raggiunto il livello desiderato nel bicchierino premere nuovamente l’interruttore di erogazione per fermare l’uscita del caffè. Se durante l’erogazione la spia di riscaldamento (rif. C) si spegne, significa semplicemente che la macchina si sta riscaldando per portare l’acqua in temperatura ottimale; l’erogazione può quindi tranquillamente continuare. Una volta che il caffè è stato erogato si consiglia di rimuovere la cialda per evitare che asciugandosi rimanga attaccata. E’ consigliabile invece attendere l’accensione della suddetta spia (rif. C) prima di erogare il caffè successivo. PER TUTTE LE EROGAZIONI SUCCESSIVE: si procede esattamente come sopra. Non introdurre le dita all’interno della sede inserimento cialda (rif. H): pericolo di schiacciamento e/o ustioni! È importante svuotare le vaschette raccogli acqua (rif. A) dopo l’erogazione di non più di 20 caffè.
  • Page 8 PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA Non utilizzare la lavastoviglie per pulire la macchina o suoi componenti. Si danneggiano irrimediabilmente! Non usare altresì solventi e prodotti o materiali abrasivi. Qualsiasi tipo di pulizia, eccezion fatta quella del gruppo erogatore, deve essere eseguita a macchina spenta (interruttore di alimentazione su zero) e dopo che la macchina si è raffreddata. Per pulire la superficie esterna della macchina usare solamente un panno morbido inumidito con acqua. La vaschetta raccogli acqua (rif. A) va estratta e lavata con acqua calda e sapone utilizzando una spugna non abrasiva...

La garanzia è limitata a difetti di fabbricazione o di materiali, non è estesa ai pezzi soggetti ad usura o a danneggiamenti alle parti delicate (interruttori, cavo di alimentazione, ecc.…), e NON è altresì estesa a danni conseguenti incuria od uso errato dell’apparecchio medesimo (ad esempio utilizzo di acqua con durezza superiore a 8°F e/o mancato utilizzo o sostituzione di idoneo filtro addolcitore, che possono causare incrostazioni di calcare). In caso di guasto coperto da garanzia, riportare l’apparecchio presso il Rivenditore dove lo stesso è stato acquistato, muniti di scontrino o fattura sulla quale deve essere riportato il numero di matricola, che deve corrispondere a quello posto sull’apparecchio. Solo in questo modo è garantito il ripristino gratuito delle funzionalità dell’apparecchio, mentre le spese di trasporto rimangono ad esclusivo carico del Cliente. La garanzia decade in caso di impiego improprio o manomissione, uso della forza e interventi non eseguiti da nostro personale specializzato. This product is a pod coffee machine mainly for home use. The machine is compatible with all diameter 44 pods (also known as standard ESE).

    GENERAL SAFETY INDICATIONS Some general safety indications are summarised below: • Carefully read the use instructions before operating the machine; • Do not carry out any operation with humid or wet hands; • Never cover the machine, not even partially, with cloths or protection cloths; • Do not place hands near the coffee pouring spouts (ref. B) during operation; • Do not immerge the machine in water or use jets of water for cleaning; • This machine can be used by children not under 8 years of age only if adequately supervised, instructed regarding the safe use of the machine, and if they understand the relative risks.

    INSTALLATION Remove the machine from the packaging and place it on a stable and horizontal surface, suitable to support its weight, near a suitable socket. We recommend keeping the packaging and all its parts for possible future transport. FILLING OF THE TANK Remove the steel cover to access the water tank (ref. G). WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF A WATER SOFTENER FILTER OR ANTI-SCALE BAG that must be periodically replaced. If this is not done scale deposits may form inside the machine, these can prejudice the correct operation of the machine, apart from the validity of the warranty. After having inserted the water softener filter inside the tank, fill the latter with drinking water, possibly with low calcium content. The tank can be filled using a funnel and a bottle.

    HOW TO MAKE COFFEE Lift the lever of the machine (ref. F) upwards as indicated in fig.1 and insert the pod as indicated in fig. 2. FOR THE FIRST POURING: insert a pod in the appropriate seat (ref. H) and delicately lower the lever until the mechanical stop clicks. Place a cup under the spout and press the pouring switch (ref. D); after about 5 seconds the coffee starts pouring. Once reached the desired level in the cup press the pouring switch again to stop the pouring of the coffee. If, during pouring, the heating light (ref. C) turns off, this simply means that the machine is heating up to bring the water to the optimal temperature; the pouring can then safely continue. Once the coffee is poured, we recommend removing the pod to prevent it from sticking, when it dries. However, it is recommended to wait for the above-mentioned light (ref. C) to be on before making the next coffee. FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING CUPS OF COFFEE: proceed as above. Do not insert fingers inside the pod insertion seat (ref. H): hazard of crushing and/or burns! It is important to empty the drip tray (ref. A) after the pouring of not more than 20 cups of coffee. If the tray is not emptied, the water can overflow...

    CLEANING OF THE MACHINE Do not use the dishwasher to clean the machine or its components. They would be irremediably damaged! Also, do not use solvents and abrasive products or materials. Any type of cleaning, except for the one of the pouring groups, must be executed with machine turned off (general power switch on zero) and after the machine has cooled. To clean the external surfaces of the machine only use a soft wet cloth. The drip tray (ref. A) must be removed and washed with hot water and soap using a nonabrasive sponge and must be properly dried before reinserting it. If the cleaning of the tank is necessary, use warm water.

    WARRANTY The machine is guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise provided for by law. The warranty is limited to the manufacturing or material defects, it is not valid for parts subject to wear or damages to delicate parts (switches, power supply cable, etc.…), and it is NOT extended to the damages deriving from negligence or incorrect use of the same machine (for example, use of water of hardness exceeding 8°F, and/or non-use or replacement of the suitable water softening filter that can cause scale). In case of failure covered under warranty, bring the machine back to the same Dealer where the machine was bought, together with the receipt or invoice, on which the serial number, corresponding to the one present on the machine, is reported. Only this way the free of charge restore of the machine’s functions is guaranteed, while transport costs shall be at the Customer’s exclusive charge. The warranty does not apply in case of improper use or tampering, excessive force, and interventions not carried out by our qualified personnel.
