INSPECTION • Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged, or has worn or broken parts. For all Trojan equipment use only replacement parts supplied by Trojan. • Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 8 STEP 8: Thread the Butterfly Cable (65) through all the brackets of the unit. Attach 1 end of the Butterfly Cable (65) to the Right Adjustable Plate (16) using 1 Hex Bolt (3/8” x 1-1/ 4”) (73), 1 Washer (3/8”) (90) and 1 Locknut (3/8”) (85).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 9 STEP 9: Thread the Low Cable (64) through the brackets as shown. With the Low Cable (64) in the groove of the Red Pulley (53), install Pulley (8) into the Leg Extension (11) using 1 Hex Bolt (3/8” x 2-1/2”) (72), 2 Washers (3/8”) (90) 2 Bushings (Ø13 x T 1.0 x 11 mm) (98), and 1 Locknut (3/8”) (85).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 9 STEP 9: With the Low Cable (64) in the groove of the Pulley( 54), installt he Pulley (14) with 2 Pulley Brackets (104) into the Lower Intersect Pulley Bracket (25) using 1 Hex Bolt (3/8” x 2”) (74), 2 Washers (3/8”) (90) and 1 Locknut (3/8”) (85).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 10: STEP 10 Attach the Backrest Cushion (28) onto the Vertical Post (3) using 2 Hex Bolts (M8 x 42 mm) (82) and 2 Washers (M8) (89). Attach the Seat Cushion (27) onto the Seat Cushion Support (9) using 4 Hex Bolts (M8 x 16 mm) (81) and 4 Washers (M5) (89).
EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Trojan Vision 360 Home Gym provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your Trojan Vision 360 Home Gym you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like.
Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Vision 360 Home Gym will develop the whole muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following 3 parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Vision 360 Home Gym can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Vision 360 Home Gym after each use.
