of the pots prior to use in order to
get rid of any dirt which may cause
scratches.

to cool completely.
Do not use any harsh detergents,
scouring agents, abrasive powder or

Clean and maintain the glass ceramic
regularly with a special care product
containing a special impregnating oil
for glass ceramic hobs. Such products
can be found in specialist shops.
Avoid getting sugar, citric acid, plas-
tic, salt, etc. in solid and liquid states
onto the hot glass ceramic. If this
happens, remove the dirt from the
still-hot glass ceramic with a sharp,
commercially available scraper. Pro-
tect your hands from burns while do-
ing so.
