If the Interface Number refers to a VLAN, this must be
the same encapsulation as used by the VLAN.
NetBios type 20 broadcast frames are forwarded to
this interface.
Indicates whether this circuit entry is valid, or
Sleeping (currently inactive).

Description
Defines whether the current filter entry works on traffic
