13. If a number of changes have been made to Settings Files, send all Settings Files send
ALL the Settings Files to the devices to ensure that the devices are operating using the
latest file updates.
14. If you click on Diagnostics, this window will appear:
Pressing the Save to File button saves the Diagnostics information in a text file, which,
if necessary, can be sent to a technical support team for analysis.
15. If you click on Status, this window will appear:
The Status window continuously shows the synchronization state of the DGT system.
The status of the system is updated continuously every 5 seconds.
16. To log out of EnerVista DGT-Utility. Click on Logout. Once you log out, you have to
press the Quick Connect button to log back in. This feature is generally used when a
situation arises that necessitates a formal logout. Any accidental disruption
(computer breakdown for example) of the system will NOT log you out of the system; it
will still be active after the disruption is corrected. Manual logout avoids this. Under
normal operating conditions, the system will automatically log out when it has been
inactive for 5 minutes (unchangeable default).
