Use this CM command to set the color of type 8 control gears (color control device).

0 (16#00) to 63 (16#3F): short address

128 (16#80) to 143 (16#8F): group number
•
253 (16#FD): unaddressed devices
•
255 (16#FF): all devices
•
Byte 1 Sets the color type
16#10: color coordinate-xy

16#20: color-temperature
•
Others value: color-type is unknown.

If the control gear type is not device type 8 (color control), this byte
shows 0.
