In Server Manager, click Tools - Windows Server Backup. The "Windows Server Backup" wizard will start.

Click Local Backup. If "Reading data; please wait... " is displayed, please wait until any messages disappear.

Right-click on "Local Backup" and click Recover.... The recovery wizard will start.
