Please keep this product warranty written with the date of purchase safe
since it needs to be presented to have a sufficient service when it needs.
1. The warranty on this product ensures the warranty benefit as the contents written on.
2. The free warranty period is counted from the date of purchase. Thus, have the pur-
chase date written down. (If it is difficult to validate the purchase date, it is counted
starting after 3 months from the date of manufacturer or custom cleared date.)
3. The warranty period is applied by half (6 month) if a home use product is used in
a business place (e.g.: barber shop, beauty parlor, steam house, sauna and etc.)
(including major parts). If a home product is used for a professional use related to
laundry (earning per the use of wash), it cannot have a warranty by the statue of free
warranty and product liability.
4. This warranty is not reissued.

■ When failed by natural disaster (fire, damage from sea wind, gas, earthquake,

■ When failed after repair or conversion by other repair personnel than those
from the LG service center and distributor.

■ When an explanation of the product function and servicing a simple adjust-
ment without disassembling
The above compensation rule is based on the Guide for Consumers Dispute Settlement notified by Fair
Trade Commission.
The free warranty period for the core part motor is 3 years for the 'Guide for Consumers Dispute Settle-
ment'. However, the DD motor is warranted for 10 years.
It follows the 'Guide for Consumers Dispute Settlement' for an unspecified issue.
Cleaning, adjustment, and explanation of use is not a failure.
