Tag On function

You may set the TAG ON Diagnosis, TAG ON COURSE DOWNLOAD, WASH COACH or WASH BY ONE BUTTON that is provided by the LG
SMART WASHER application using the Android OS based NFC (Near Field Communication) function of a smart phone with ease.

Please install the 'LG
SMART WASHER'
application on a smart
phone with an NFC
function.
 Execute the application after download-
ing from [Play Store].

Check for the
diagnosis result and
action.
 It shows the last diagnosis result.
 You may have a fast consultation from
the service center based on the diag-
nosis result if you tap the [CONNECT
to CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER].

Select TAG ON.
 You may enter the TAG ON
function by tapping the 'TAG
ON' icon at the bottom.

Select TAG ON
Touch the logo of TAG ON.
DIAGNOSIS.
 After confirming the NFC antenna area as
shown in the figure below, hold it close to the
Tag On logo on the right side of the washer.
※ When it cannot detect
Refer to the detail guide by tapping the [
ton on the top right of the TAG ON screen of the LG
SMART WAHSER application.
※ There must be some level of NFC recognition func-
tion in your smart phone to operate the NFC function
of the washer.
※ It may not be able to recognize it because of the dif-
ferent locations of the NFC antenna in smart phones.
Caution!
Be careful not to touch any buttons on the
washer while Tag On.
