Cleaning the Washer

When cleaning the Inlet Filter
filter is clogged by sewage, [
Clean the filter in the inlet valve periodically in order not to get clogged by sewage. If the filter gets clogged by foreign objects (rust, sands or grits),
water will not be supplied well.

Close the tap.

Open the Service Cover
cap.
 Push down and pull the knob.

Turn off the power
and pull out the
power plug.

Drain out the residual water
inside the washer.
 Pull the hose inside enough and unplug
the hose plug (①) to drain the remaining
water.
 Remove the pump
plug (②) by
unscrewing and
clean the filter.

Remove the water
supply hose from
the machine side.
 Pull out the filter by hand or tongs, and clean
the filter using an old toothbrush or similar.

Close the Service Cover
cap.
 After cleaning the filter,
reassemble the pump plug
and hose plug. Then, close
the Service Cover cap.
 The hose for draining
residual water should be
fixed in place rather than
pushing it in.
 Be careful of the possible
water leak when assem-
bling the pump plug.
Clean the filter.

Caution!
Before opening
the pump plug,
check if there
is hot water
inside of the
washer. The
draining of hot
water may re-
sult in burns.
