SMART DIAGNOSIS function
You can diagnosis the washer's abnormal operation or failure by yourself using a smart phone.
You can also call a customer service center using a regular phone for a fast and convenient diagnosis.
Transmission of the diagnosis result using the LG SMART WASHER application (Connection to Customer Service Center)

Select the Connection
to Customer Service
Center on the SMART
DIGANOSIS RESULT app.
 It is available after DIAGNOSIS by
SOUND and TAG ON DIAGNOSIS.
(Refer to p. 33 and p. 38 for each of
the diagnosis uses.)

Press the OK button after the check
of the agreement for the terms of
personal information and input of the
mobile phone number.
 You may enable the check box of the terms agreement
on the Personal Information screen, and enable the „I
agree to These Terms' box. Then, if it asks for the input
of your mobile phone number for confirmation, input it.
 The time for the transmission of diagnosis result can be
different depending on the communication status.

Entering the phone number
will connect to the customer
service center.
 Press the Connect button on the screen.
