When the washer is frozen
1
Unload the laundry. Fill warm water into the drum up to the rubber seal
level, close the door and wait for 1 to 2 hours. (Use 50~60℃ warm water.)
(Caution) If boiling water is used, be careful not to get burned.
2
Open the service cover cap and unplug the hose plug for draining the
residual water, and drain out the water completely. If the water does not
drain, it is not yet melted. Wait a little longer.
Once all the water is drained out from the drain pump, close the hose plug,
and run 'RINSE 1 time' with 'SPIN'. Check the water supply to the deter-
gent dispenser drawer when Rinsing, and check for the draining from the
drain hose when Spinning.
3
If water is still not supplied, close the water tap and melt the tap and the
water supply hose connecting part with a hot towel. Then, disconnect the
water supply hose and put in warm water below 50℃.
☞ Water supply line or the tap itself may get frozen. Thus, check for the
water coming from the tap.
