SMART DIAGNOSIS function
You can diagnose the washer's abnormal operation or failure by yourself using a smart phone.
You can also call a customer service center using a regular phone for a fast and convenient diagnosis.
Self-diagnosis using the LG SMART WASHER APP.

After checking the guide
for SOUND DIAGNOSIS at
the app, go to the RECORD
screen.
 Hold the smart phone and bring the micro-
phone part at the bottom of the phone near
the mark of the SMART DIAGNOSIS on the
washer control panel.

Press the WATER
TEMPERATURE
button of the washer
for a while to start the
SMART DIAGNOSIS.
 The washer will play the SMART DIAGNO-
SIS.

Check the diagnosis result
and their actions.
 It will show the latest diagnosis result. You
may have a fast consultation from the service
center based on the diagnosis result if you
connect the phone to the [CUSTOMER SER-
VICE CENTER]. (Refer to page 35.)
