In the training session, the display changes in a 5
second rhythm.
Interruption or end of training
The electronics recognises an interruption in training
with a pedalling frequency below 20 pedal revoluti-
ons/min or upon pressing of "RECOVERY". The trai-
ning values stay constant. "SPEED" and "RPM" show
O. The display remains the same for approx. 4
minutes. During this period, if you press no buttons
and do not train, the electronics switch to slumber
mode with display of the room temperature.
Resumption of training
Upon continuation of the training within 4 minutes
the most recent values are counted upward or
downward.
RECOVERY – function
Measurement of recovery pulse
Press "RECOVERY" at the end of training.
The electronics measures the decrease of your pulse
over 60 seconds.
A fitness mark e.g. "F 3.0" is given.
"RECOVERY" interrupts the displaying of the reco-
very pulse function or fitness mark
If no pulse is recorded at the beginning or the end
of the time rundown, the error message "E "
appears
