Prepare the new BJ tank.
Remove the new BJ tank from
its package.
Pull the orange tape up and
against the perforations
to open the package film.
Remove the film carefully so
you do not remove the label
from the BJ tank. You will need
the label to match the BJ tank
with the correct slot of the
BJ cartridge. (Also, if the label is
removed, air can get into the BJ
tank, which will cause the ink to
evaporate very quickly.)
Remove the film by pulling on
the orange tape. Do not attempt
to remove the film before you
remove the orange tape.
Twist the orange protective cap
in the direction shown by the
arrow and remove it.
Never attempt to reattach a
protective cap to a BJ tank.
Discard the protective cap and
protective tape according to the
local laws and regulations
regarding disposal of
consumables.
