The Print Mode you select optimizes the printer's settings for print quality, media, paper
feed method, and color adjustment.
Select one of the following Print Modes on the Main tab:
Text
Optimum setting for printing text. Use the BC-30 Black and BC-31 Color
BJ Cartridges with this setting.
SuperPhoto
Optimum settings for natural color in photos. Use the BC-31 Color and
BC-32 Photo BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Auto
Optimum setting for combined text, illustrations, tables, graphs, and photos.
Use the BC-30 Black and BC-31 Color BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Draft
Optimum setting for test printing; emphasizes speed rather than quality. Use
the BC-30 Black and BC-31 Color BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Photo
Optimum setting for printing photographs. Use the BC-30 Black and BC-31
Color BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Graphics
Optimum setting for printing graphic images. Use the BC-30 Black and
BC-31 Color BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Camera
Optimum setting for digital camera images. Use the BC-31 Color and BC-32
Photo BJ Cartridges with this setting.
Click on the Advanced button to customize any of these settings. (See the next section
for details.)
