Knowledge of, or experience with, the following Nortel
products will be of assistance when installing the Nortel
Symposium Call Center Server:
• Meridian Mail
• Meridian 1
• X11 Release 22 and greater
Knowledge of, or experience with, the following PC products is
required before installing the Nortel Symposium Call Center
Server:
• Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows NT
• client/server architecture
• TCP/IP
Other types of experience or knowledge that may be of use
