Secondary SCS ZL498 will be active when the secondary's
Disabled enable/disable switch is disabled.

applications; monitors the Auto status of the SCS-8L
(designated as A25 in this example).
Address must be lower than that of the MSCS
Control Zone.
Secondary SCS ZL500 identifies the MSCS Control Zone of the
Active secondary NCA-2. This logic zone will be active
when the secondary's enable/disable switch is
enabled.
-- Required to track if the SCS-8L is in Auto; must use
the next logic zone address after the MSCS Control
Zone of the secondary NCA-2.
Primary SCS N1ZL500 identifies the MSCS Control Zone of the
Active primary NCA-2.
