Brake valve
Part
Body • If there is severe damage to sliding parts or excessive surface rough-
ness
• If there is damage, etc. that allows oil leakages to occur
Relief valve as- • If there are abnormal drops in the set pressure
sembly
• If there is vibration due to the set pressure being unstable
• If there is increased leakage due to faulty seating
Spring • If there is a high degree of breakage or deformation
Steel ball • If there is damage, etc. that allows oil leakages to occur
Hydraulic motor
Part
Shaft • If there is pitting, abrasion, etc. occurring on the surfaces of the gear
teeth
• If there is flaking or pitting occurring on rolling surfaces
Ball bearing • If there are abnormalities occurring in rotation (abnormal noise gen-
erated, rotation not smooth, etc.)
• If there is flaking, abrasion, etc. occurring on rolling surfaces
Valve drive • If there is pitting, abrasion, etc. occurring on the surfaces of the gear
teeth
Drive gear • If there is excessive wear on the spline
Inner face seal • If there is damage, etc. that allows oil leakages to occur
Outer face seal
Steel ball • If there is damage, etc. that allows oil leakages to occur
Gerolor • If there is pitting, abrasion, etc. occurring on the surface of the gear
teeth
• If there are abnormalities occurring in rotation (abnormal noise gen-
erated, rotation not smooth, etc.)
